4. Está hermanada con la ciudad de Skopje, en la República de Macedonia.

Well, we know last challenge is a bit difficult so here come some clues apart from the coat of arms:

1. The city is located in the north of England.

2. A great part of its population belongs to the pakistani ethnic group.

3. It became prosperous during the Industrial Revolution thanks to the textile industry.

4. One of its twin city is Skopje in the Republic of Macedonia.
